The aim is to ensure efficient project management & coordination, mitigate risks, enforce the innovation potential, ensure data protection & handling and secure IP management.
Objectives
- Efficient day-to-day project management and coordination ensuring progress in line with the budget and the scheduleof milestones and deliverables, including on-time delivery of scientific and financial reports.
- Ensuring proper implementation of Work Plan and achievement of project objectives.
- Risk and innovation management and overall strategic project guidance.
- Effective communication within the consortium, with the Project Officer, and the external Advisory Board.
